Mr. Yousif Ali Mirza is an esteemed industry leader with over 37 years of experience in the Credit Card & Merchant Acquiring business.
Throughout his extensive career, he has excelled in various roles, ranging from Customer Service and Credit & Risk Management to Operations & Support functions and Strategic Leadership of the entire organization within the card industry.
In 2007, Mr. Mirza joined CrediMax and quickly rose to prominence, initially as the Head of Customer Service department, and later as the head of Business Support in 2011.
During his tenure, Mr. Mirza developed strong relationships with international card schemes and led the organization to roll out and implement new products, services, offerings and key customer service quality performance indicators and overall market share growth.
His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in solidifying CrediMax’s position as a leader in the card business in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In recognition of his exceptional leadership and achievements, Mr. Mirza was appointed as the CEO of CrediMax in June 2013.
Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Global Payment Services (GPS), Mr. Mirza continues to leverage his vast experience in making critical decisions that drive the long-term growth and success of GPS.
