Experience: Over 27 Years

In 2005 Global Payment Services was established by Mr. Ali Arab, the General Manager for Global Payment Services “GPS” and he is responsible for the general management of the company, formulating and implementing strategic business plans, budgeting and maintaining and developing relationships with customers.

He has over 27 years of knowledge and experience in electronic payment technologies and outsourcing operations. Prior to joining GPS, he worked with a number of well recognized local and multinational institutions such as Arab Financial Services Company “AFS”, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait and Reuters Middle East Ltd.

Mr. Ali Arab holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde-UK, after completion of Higher National Certificate in Engineering, Radio Communications and Radar certificate from The Nautical College, Fleetwood-UK and a Diploma in Banking Studies from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Financial Studies. In addition to his participation in several training courses and industry related events inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
